RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Anastya Overseas, we take great care in crafting and delivering every order. If, however, something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to guide you through a smooth return process.
RETURN REQUEST WINDOW
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please notify us within 7 days of delivery using any one of the following methods:

Please note: Requests received outside working hours will be addressed on the next working day.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

It must be returned in original condition with original packaging

Tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if any) must be intact
❗ Important Notes:

Items that are worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Minor colour variations (up to 10%) due to lighting or screen settings are natural and will not be considered a defect.
QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL
All returned items undergo a mandatory quality inspection.
👉 Refunds are processed only after:

The returned product is received, and
-
It successfully passes our quality check
RETURN SHIPPING & DEDUCTIONS

A ₹85/- (inclusive of GST) per product return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of the reason for return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS
Once your return request is approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (where serviceable).

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to courier the product back to us within 7 days of delivery.
The complete process (pickup, quality check, and refund) may take 7–10 business days.
SALE ITEMS (NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE)
Items purchased during sale or discount offers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
(Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI). -
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

The product is received damaged, and
-
The damage is verified and approved by Anastya Overseas.
