Return and Refund policy
How to return an item ?
If you wish to return an item, please inform within 7 days in either of the following ways:

(We will respond only working hours Mon to Sat 11:00 am to 6:00 pm)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Charges.
1. All returns requested for other than any quality defect like not being as per your taste/likes will levy a return shipping charge of Rs 170/- (inclusive GST) per product ( weight upto 1.5 KG).
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Once we receive your exchange request, we will organize a Reverse Pickup. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund equal to the amount of your purchase only. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. This process can take anything between 7 to 15 days.
In case, our courier partner does not provide Reverse Pickup from your location, you will need to ship it back to us. Kindly send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
For Credit Card/debit Card/net Banking Transactions, the Money will Be Refunded Back to the Payment Mode/account That Was Originally Used to Make the Transaction. However, Shipping Charges Would Not Be Refunded Except Where a Product Was Received in a Damaged Condition and Was Verified and Authorized by Anastya.
